I first read this book when I was maybe sixteen or so, around the same age as the heroine. It's very much a teenage novel with angst and parent problems.

But I just re-read it this weekend and finished it in a couple hours, it still was a good read and I enjoyed the simplicity of Hahn's work.

I liked reading this book because I like ghost stories and mysteries. I read this book well into the night because it kept me reading.
