Mango ketchup is delicious, especially with the sweet potato breakfast hash. This book is very helpful for those wondering what to prepare when on an elimination diet.

Recipes are all black and white, a few photos in the middle. Recipe for Macaroons, lemon poppyseed muffins, babaganoush, creamy wasabi dressing (using tahini) are some of the recipes. Not quick and easy, but not overly fussy either.
