Just another slick gambling movie.Congress, the White House, politics, the media, reality TV shows, and so-called pro-sports period are RIGGED just like the Wall Street style schemes of Ben Affleck's character in this film period.

this was just ok, I don't really like Ben Affleck, he has a weird mouth and way of talking that just didn't do it for me. you gotta love Justin T. he just gets caught up in the money and world of greed, even though that was not his intention. there was something missing in this, I hated the girl (love interest) I would not have trusted her in the least, she was a two-timing witch if you ask me. the cops were all stupid and corrupt.

A clunker of a movie; the motivation of Timberlake made no sense from the start... otherwise smart hustler who was simply trying to finance his college tuition? Um... student loans maybe? And then once he shifts to supporting Affleck's online gaming empire, again, just failed. The FBI agent trying to bring him down was equally stupid... there's even a scene at the end where a bunch of police cars are still chasing a plane after it has left the runway. Affleck miscast as the kingpin, he just lacks the edge that another actor might have brought to the role. Timberlake was likeable but flat throughout. Even the girl and the supposed love interest was boring. Surprised the reviews here are as positive as they are.

Though shallow in details, it covered all the criminal elements of online gambling enterprises in offshore islands with corrupted local officials. There were some clever dialogues but failed to excite viewers as a thriller, more like a docudrama.

After reading the comments here, I was not sure what to expect. I found the movie a good way to apes an hour and a half. I thought it was entertaining. You do have to pay attention-can't multi-task on this one! Ben Aflicck was wonderfully evil and Justin Timberlake does a pretty good job in his role. The rest of the acting was passable. Not an Academy Award threat, but I enjoyed the movie because it moved quickly and was about a subject about which I know very little.

Who knew that Ben Affleck & Justin Timberlake could make a good movie together? Way better than I thought it would be. Check it out.

Fair - Justin Timberlake was miscast as the student traveling to a foreign country to investigate cheating on online gambling. The film made little sense. Unsure of his motivation to attempt dealing with a crime lord.

Richie Furst: Everyone gambles. They may call it something else, like the stock market, or real estate. But make no mistake, if you're risking something, you're gambling. And if you're gambling, then I'm the guy you want to see.
