a pretty horrible show, and not in a good Stephen King way.

This film was amazing. i could not get over the intense suspense with each episode.

Cannot wait for the next series to begin.

Another show under the influence of LOST. It's pretty good, a lot of crazy stuff going on, but fairly interesting.

If you have read the book, don't even bother comparing it to this miniseries. They share the same basic plot, and same characters, but the darker themes that King explored in the book are not to be found here. At least in season 1. Looks like season 2 "might" address them. Anyway, a mysterious dome has cut off small town Chester's Mill from the rest of the world. No outside contact, and no explanation why. And of course, half the town has secrets that they would rather keep that way. Unfortunately, those secrets are rather dull. The acting is good and the characters are somewhat likable, but let's hope for season 2 UTD deals with some of the issues that King dealt with such as dwindling resources, decaying environment and grasping for power.
