In my opinion, I think Iron man 3 is better than the second Iron Man movie. I even like it ( dare I say ) better than the first. The script comes back new and fresh and should not be missed by any Marvel fan.

Sophomoric humor peppered with misplaced comic scenarios in a familiar hero/villain plot but saved by some great computer animation.

Must see for Iron Man and Avengers fans. However, hardly the best of the series with the script being marginal. Robert Downey, Jr. and Guy Pearce like they consistently do in any role they play. Ben Kingsley started out great then the script let him become an embarrassment compared to other roles he has played so magnificently.

The first film in the Marvel Phase 2 series that will lead up to Avengers Age of Ultron sets the stage for Tony's ultimate battle perfectly. The action is an amazing experience with the return of Robert Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle reprising their roles from The Avengers and previous films and the addition of Guy Pearce and Ben Kingsley. A very interesting twist happens midway through the film which is a new thing for the Marvel Cinematic Universe series. Though, I wouldn't recommend this film for the younger children unless their parents accompany them. A rousing great time!!!

The core cast, but above all Downey, is what makes this a 5 star movie. While it was sometimes too cute, it never got overripe because Downey made it at least passable, and the writers/director wrote and wrote and wrote for him. The many idiosyncracies of Tony Stark work so well that it is WELL worth a little excess. Otherwise it was just a pretty good superhero movie.

The story-line for Iron Man 3 is average. However, what it lacks in storytelling, it makes up for with lots of action and Robert Downey Jr.'s comic timing as Tony Stark / Iron Man.

it was very good movie I recommend it it's entertaining g

I may be rating this one higher than it warrants, but I really enjoy these superhero action movies, and so be it. I didn't think this was on the same level as the first two, though, and that's probably because Jon Favreau wasn't in the director's chair for this one. The pros: Robert Downey Jr. is always enjoyable in whatever he's in, and Guy Pearce is no slouch either. The cons: Ben Kingsley's character turned out to be an embarrassment, for lack of a better word, and the plot was just a wee bit wanting...

Happy Hogan (skyping to Tony about about Aldrich Killian and his henchman): "...There's a giant brain, there's a shifty character -- I'm gonna follow this guy. I'm gonna run his plates, and I'm gonna... y'know, if it gets rough, so be it." Tony Stark: "I miss ya, Happy." Happy Hogan: "I miss you too. But the way it used to be. Now you're off with the "Super-Friends"; I don't know what's going on with you anymore."

(After Tony Stark has ignited a flammable container in a restaurant, which Brandt, impervious to the flames, walks right through) Stark: "You walked right into this one -- I've dated hotter chicks than you." Brandt: "...That's all you got? A cheap trick and a cheesy one-liner?" Tony Stark: "Sweetheart, that could be the name of my autobiography." (Tony bolts as the camera pans to a set of dog-tags getting microwaved near a wide-open natural gas line)
