First off, don't be fooled by the title - other than a security company named Pemberly, and a couple of vague references, this book has nothing to do with 'Pride and Prejudice'. It does feature teenagers talking and acting like adults, a MC who is obsessed with her mother's death, at the expense of the friendship of her only friend, and her ability to carry on a relationship with a boy. The plot is so convoluted and twisted, I'm reasonably certain the author lost track of what she was writing. I flipped through the last 30-40 pages just to get to the end, though to be honest, I didn't care how it ended, I just wanted it to be over. Sorry, but I cannot recommend.
