Enjoyable & engaging film about real feel people that happen to have a diagnosed mental illness or addiction, and their families. It's nice to see portrayals of whole real people who struggle in popular media.

Just another 2 hour plus EXTREMIST commercial for the DEEPLY RACIST NFL,BUT I DIGRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

stupid movie! I cannot stand Bradley Cooper. Lousy actor. Not Oscar material. I only was interested because of Robert Deniro . Could not get past even 5 minutes of this movie. Do yourself a favor and pass this one.

One of the funniest movies in years. Especially, Robert De Niro playing the Dad in the film. He and his superstitions are hilarious. Don't miss this one!

This movie just didn't do it for me. I thought the father, Robert DeNiro was crazier than his adult kid, Bradley Cooper. The acting was great, but I just didn't click with the story line. All I got out of it was Bradley Cooper was stalking & obsessed this ex-wife. The whole bi-polar thing with Bradley Cooper & Jennifer Lawrence just didn't work for me. I'm glad I didn't waste any money to see this one.

While the plot may be a bit predictable, Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence both deliver high-caliber performances. Robert DeNiro does a solid job as well.

It's rare for a movie to tackle mental health related issues in a realistic way and this movie manages to do a great job of showing the highs and lows that some face daily.

Tiffany: "...Why did you order raisin bran?" Pat: "Why did you order tea?" Tiffany: "Because you ordered raisin bran." Pat: "I ordered raisin bran because I didn't want there to be any mistaking it for a date." Tiffany: "It can still be a date if you order raisin bran." Pat: "It's not a date."

Officer Keogh: "Hey, you're Tommy's widow, right?" Tiffany: "Yes, I'm Tommy's crazy whore widow. Minus the whore thing, for the most part." Officer Keogh: "You're a funny girl... You want to get a drink sometime?"
