Dumb. Seems like the point was to focus on the male lead - who really is not that good looking. Dumb storyline, predictable outcomes and nothing great about the acting.

It was okay and lighthearted. My husband and I liked it; a decent watch on a lazy evening.

Possibly one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I was looking forward to watching it because of the actors involved, but I only completed the viewing to see how long this train wreck could continue moving after it derailed--which was within the first few minutes. Trite and boring are the top two words that come to mind to describe this movie. There was ~barely~ a story holding all of the scenes they pieced together, and as a closing note: Jessica Biel must have become an expert door opener and window-gazer as those two activities comprised more than 95% of all of the scenes she was in. If you are wondering whether or not to spend a few hours of your precious time watching this movie: don't.

Excellent movie, I highly recommend it.

a pleasant enough distraction for women who've been married....

This is certainly a case of overloading a cast in order to overpower a poor script. Not a bad idea for a father-trying-to-reconnect-with-kids kind of movie and great actors involved but there's not enough here unless you're a fan of soccer and/or Gerard Butler.
