This book will change the way you think about food.....AND the food industry. Scary to think the food companies are not creating products with nutrition in mind - not at all! - it's all about getting us the consumer hooked on their products. It's about things they describe as "mouth feel" - an irresistible combination of sugar, salt and fat....Read this book and you won't ever feel the same about the chips or crackers or even the bread you eat.....
