The bright, colourful style, full of geometric designs really lends itself to this Hindu myth. The story is kept simple, as Ganesha is the eyes for the child reading, and the myth itself has been put in the less than epic length of a page of drawings referencing the tale. This page of drawings, as well as the author's note at the end, encourages readers to find out more about the original.
