This book has not a word unnecessary. The language is admirable. I read it in Spanish. Hopefully translation into English is of the same height. There are many stories within a story.
The only thing I would name as a kind of a minus - is a bit long.

It's a great novel. Probably one of the best ones that I ever have read. It might be long to be read by someone who English is not his first language, but it worth to try it.
