Comment
Add a CommentThe title infers that this book is just some variation of a motivational speech but it is more than that. Colin Powell is a very intriguing and charming man with incredible life experience. He uses all of that in writing this book, in giving examples and making lists, and I feel like I know him better now. I even understand the military and Presidents Reagan and Bush better. Powell's rules for decision-making (formed in the military and refined in The White House) make so much sense that I wish I'd used them in my younger years. This wise and charming book is good for anyone but it would be particularly perfect to give to young people graduating from high school. I highly recommend it.
Not really that interesting to read.
