Add a CommentThis is a great workout film if you want to target your lower body exclusively. Mind you, you will be using your arms since it is an aerobic workout but there won't be any weights involved. The moves are simplistic and effective and you will need a step to perform all of them. I recommend that people be at least in the late beginner's - early intermediate to begin this. The only thing that is making me frown is that Kathy did not incorporate weights for an arm workout...even as an option that would still be nice.
