This is not based on his life at all that being said it is the greatest tv show on right now. It also has a distinctive art style to it that makes the scenes visualy enjoyable.
The second season of Louie continues with Louie's standup comedy as well as scripted scenes of his everyday life. This season is much more somber than the first season but it still has plenty of laughs. The highlight is Louie's trip to Afghanistan to entertain US troops on the front line.
