Joining the police force and the secret Jump Street unit, they use their youthful appearances to go undercover in a local high school. As they trade in their guns and badges for backpacks, Schmidt and Jenko risk their lives to investigate a violent and dangerous drug ring. But they find that high school is nothing like they left it just a few years earlier - and neither expects that they will have to confront the terror and anxiety of being a teenager again and all the issues they thought they had left behind.

Add a CommentIt was funny enough to watch once. the only reason i gave it 3 stars was because of a cameo...which i won't give away.
Jonyy Depp was in this movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A great comedy that pays homage to the eighties TV show without ignoring the passage of time since then. Beautifully handled and genuinely funny. I recommend it for older teens and adults.
Very funny movie. Both actors were great. The movie has a lot of laugh-out-loud scenes and you can see the chemistry between Channing Tatum & Jonah Hill. Look out for Johnny Depp!
Kind of dumb cop buddy movie.
Before we even started watching it my daughter warned me that I wouldn't like it! Pretty much I thought it was terrible!! I did laugh out loud a few times, but it was just a poor script.....
Some scenes in this movie still have me laughing. The whole park beginning, with the failed arrest and the threat to beat off the perp's body part, amused me no end. The shoe store, the shot off body part, the highway chase. All so funny. This movie is not a constant guffaw, but when the laughs do come, they are riotous. Very enjoyable. Tatum and Hill have great comedic chemistry.
This is a crude, great buddy cop film.
Funny at times but I don't understand why it isn't possible to have a funny movie without all of the bleep, bleep, bleep language.
Unbelievably bad. Super dumb and crude throughout. Save yourself the hour and a half and avoid it.
