the movie was good, but not horrifying. The previews make it seem like the scariest thing you'll ever see.

I hate giving a bad review for anything because it seems pointless to me. But I love possession movies and just hate it when the producers screw it up. First, this film uses the "found footage" style which worked so well a decade ago for Blair Witch, but now mostly seems to be used to save money on the budget. But done well, that style can have an impact. This movie didn't. If you want to watch an excellent possession movie, stick with The Exorcist and give this movie a pass.

One of the worst films I have ever seen! Such a waste of time! It is just like any other movie where an exorcism is performed. Bad acting! The non on the front makes a very brief appearance in the middle of the film and is not seen again. not sure how she even tied into it. Bad bad bad…………I strongly do not recommend it.

I was really disappointed with this. I honestly thought it was really stupid and a waste of a rent.

It was O.K for a home TV movie. I was entertained and interesting. But it was NOT worth the long library wait or the price to rent from a Red Box. "I fast forwarded a lot but not all the way.”

I enjoyed this. Not the usual slasher horror, but one with a plot. Perhaps adults who grew up with The Exorcist as the gold standard in horror flicks might enjoy this one...

Not my cup of tea. I never like the handheld camera used in the documentary type movie.

Lots of bizzare crazy violent behavior that leaves one to wonder 'what did I just watch?'

These "docu-horror" movies almost always follow the same pattern: 20 minutes of boring leading up to an hour or so of mile a minute attempt at scary. This movie spent about 30 minutes building up and then didn't deliver as much scary as I needed to make it effective. There was a major lull after a few scares that led to an underwhelming conclusion. The story was semi-fresh, but the acting and the scares just weren't there to back it up.
