A friend recommended this book to me and I totally loved it!!! Some downsides are language and references to drugs, alcohol, and sex. However, the narration is amazing and the story really makes you think. I highly recommend this book.

I really liked how this book was told in second person. It put me into the story. The beginning was very captivating and the ending was extremely unexpected. You is a book that made me think.

Interesting narration. it never bothered me, and I haven't ever seen it before, so I'm raising my rating just for that. i didn't like the storyline, though, and the book could've been a lot more powerful, maybe if it was longer?

You is an excellent book. The fac that Charles Benoit wrote ht book in second person really makes the book more realistic and really gets you invested in the story. The book is like a circle and is about you, Kyle Chase, recalling the events of the past year and trying to figure out how he ended up where he was, surrounded by glass and blood. I highly recommend it.

I was blown away by this book! It has been a while since I gave a book five stars and it deserves it. The book is written in second person, so you are actually Kyle Chase. It sounds like it might end up being contrived but it really works to speed up the plot. This book went fast and although I knew I was going to die in the end, I was still shocked about how it happened. A great read for any age, fast and easy. Can't recommend it enough!

You are a loser… You have dropped out…you have made poor choices…you don’t care. You don’t like the way your parents treat you, you don’t respect your teachers, you don’t even really like your friends. You know that if you had made other choices you would be in a different school doing different things, right now. But you’re not. And there is nothing you can do about it now. You have everyone figured out. You have life figured out and even though you know how you don’t care enough to change it. You are stuck. You get detention after detention, you don’t study, you are in love with someone you can never have. You wonder when your mom started acting strange around you, or when your dad started hating you. The only person on your side is your little sister but when she tells your mom that she wants to grow up to be like you, your mom practically blows a gasket. Things aren’t going well for you. Until Zach…a new student at school who changes everything. Zach knows everyone’s weak spot, including yours and isn’t afraid to use it for his own benefit. You are Kyle Chase and you won’t live to see the end of 10th grade.
