A GREAT cookbook! I'm really loving her recipes for the salads: try the ceasar salad...it's wonderful!

I'm loving this book. It is a good, interesting read even without the recipes!

The quality of the printing, photography & binding are all top of the line, as opposed to so many that have errors & horrible production quality in general.

I like Chef Bloomfield's sensibilities & humor.

This is definitely another to add to my list for my personal cookbook library.

She needs to do another book!

I am a cook-at-home person. And this book is FANTASTIC. Some easy, some involved. But title a little misleading. MANY varied recipes. OOO I am probably going to buy it. No kidding...it's great.
