Add a CommentA bit long and drawn out story about a boy's realtionship with his horse. The key to this story is really the horse's kean sense to do whatever it takes to survive. The brutalities of war on both horses and humans is well depicted but all in all the movie is too melodramatic. I think it would be a much better film if edited down to approximately 90 minutes.
