Add a Commentthe letter to Oprah in the beginning is really funny. don't forget to read the index, the interview and the book discussion questions in the back :P
ONE OF THE BEST biographies I have ever read. Kathy is hilarious throughout the entire book. What I loved is that each chapter was just the perfect length so you never had that feeling of the book dragging. I loved hearing about her struggles to stardom and I highly reccomend this bio. Also for the record I wasnt even much of a kathy fan prior to reading, but despite that I still found the entire book to be delightful.
Quite entertaining....reminds you how hard comics have to work to do something that looks so easy.
