Since we know this is part II, it isn't a surprise that the evening is a blank - but the cobbling together the events, like part I is just so funny and outrageous! One of the most clever is the intermezzo (for lack of a better word) with guitar that Stu sings to the tune of Billy Joel's Allentown - so funny!

Despite the excellent cast, this film is dreary, dreadful and painfully unfunny. Your time would be better spent watching the original again than watching this truly terrible followup.

Terrible, complete waste of time, need screenwiters who can write for comedies, ridiculous.

Instead of offering a satisfactory "ah ha" at the end, as the original did, this one expects us to believe muscle relaxants caused all the trouble. Yeah right. With credibility a problem from the start, making everything more grotesque does more harm than good. As well I missed what made the characters in the first one likeable. All in all, not entertaining.

I actually found Part II funnier. I guess my expectations were low to begin with. Of course, there were some politically incorrect comments and not everyone is going to be too happy with the monkey’s role in this film. All in all, it was quite entertaining.

Few one-liners that weren't even funny, and way too much profanity (and I don't mind profanity if it serves a purpose). Don't they know that characters saying the f-word every five minutes does not really impress anybody? The only thing that redeems it is the location, the concept of friendship, and the monkey --never thought an animal could upstage and entire cast in a film but it happens here! Was glad I waited for it on DVD.

Lots of great views of Bangkok and Thailand scenery. Sometimes the movie's 'ok ',..but at others its tidiously dumb,.. or "what now?" intresting , sort of,.. BUT.. Batmann888 sez it best (see below). P.S. : I didn't think the first one was that great either. Maybe its me?
