Love this -- it's really about 37 minutes if you include the cool-down/stretches at the end. A quick workout when you are short on time with all over toning. After the warm up you do several sequences of 3 minutes of toning with weights (working upper and lower body so your heart gets pumping) - 3 different moves for 30 seconds each, repeated one time, 2 minutes of cardio (two 30 second segments repeated 1x), and 1 minute of abs work (30 seconds of two different moves). Moves fast, so you feel like it's over before you know it. NOT as tough as some of JM's other workouts, due to length, but a good way to get in a decent workout when you're short on time. Need handweights, mat, wear tennis shoes.

First impressions: a good workout. I like the variety in her 3-2-1 method. Jillian is her usual tough self that we've become accustomed to in "The Biggest Loser". She gives alternate options for most moves and doesn't make the assumption that you've done the moves before. She explains thoroughly about the form she wants you to develop as you progress through the DVD. Weights required.

Awesome! I am on week four and started seeing results by the end of week two. I do spinning and zumba and this workout is tough! My only complaint is the same cool-down routine gets pretty boring after 4 weeks.
