One man's approach to snapping out of a cycle of sugar, fat and flour addiction. Helpful for gaining perspective on traditional medicine that treats symptoms instead of making the body well. Good investment of an hour and a half.

On the one hand, this documentary can feel like a 97-minute juicer infomercial. On the other hand, it's inspiring to see some guys change their lives through juicing and helping each other.

Phil Staples' story is even more inspiring than Joe's!! Everyone can benefit from a little "mean green" juice.
