if you think this one is good, the next two are even better. Char is a character with spunk, very likeable.

When I first heard about this, I thought that it was just copying Percy Jackson and the Olympians. But when I read it, I was wrongand I actually quite enjoyed it. This is nothing like Percy Jackson, they're only based on greek mythology. But the plots are WAY different from each other, and the ideas are each unique and different. I love them both!

A quirky, funny book, although it starts off slow, once it picks up speed it’s quite the page-turner. Although it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, a relatable hero and a humorous villain make this book a good choice if you’re looking for something different for your summer reading.

This was a great book in its own right. the Percy Jacksons were nothing like the Cronus Chronicals. the fact that they bolth were based on greek mythology was the only similarity. I loved the darker elements of the story and the way the author had normal kids as the heros, that was nice for a change.

Read this when I was younger but it happened to pass my path recently, so I picked it up again. Seemed like a copycat of The Lightning Thief, didn't really have a lot going for it to be honest.

I got this for my 9-year-old who loved the Percy Jackson series. He rejects most of my suggestions, but he liked this one a lot - enough to want to read the whole series. Good characters, plot is a little uneven but lots of fun. Highly recommended for the Lightning Thief crowd.

This book is really good! I chose to read it because it was kind of like the Percy Jackson books. It's about a girl who has to go into the underworld. I'm telling you. This is a good read! (Even if it is a bit long)

Readers who liked The Lightning Thief will love this series. The Greek gods are alive and well in modern New England, and it's up to two kids to save us all.

Debut book in the Cronus Chronicles series. Received buzz from kids, Kirkus Reviews, Horn Book, School Library Journal. Charlotte Mielswetzsi and her cousin Zee investigate why all of Zee's friends are falling ill. One mysterious encounter follows another, until Zee and Charlotte find themselves in the Underworld, fighting Harpies, demons and a demigod called Philonecron who wants to destroy earth. The plot is uneven but premise is great and the characters are well drawn and sympathetic. Great Read!
