Add a CommentI was very impressed with the lectures and cooking demos on this dvd. The doctor presents some of his own research group's findings on cancer prevention and survival, as well as others who have done dietary research on the subject. Let's just say, this isn't the Atkin's diet!
this really ties it all together. How food effects our bodies ,good and bad. What and why plus recipes to support our changes. Very good!
