Amazing! this book was great. In trilogies, the middle book tends to the most boring because its filled with information to prep you for the thrilling concluion in the third- but this book as exciting and intertain as the first! i loved it. Lisa McMann is definately going on the list vof awesome authors on my radar!!!!!

Even though I didn't read the first book of this trilogy, I still liked this book. I'm really looking forward to reading the third book. At first I thought that this book was going to be boring but it turned out to be good. Even though the ending happened so fast. As other readers have wrote, it was a quick read. I recommend others to read this book.

Very quick series. Easy to read although it is a different writing style. All in all was a different and interesting story.

I tought this book was awsome! but the end happened too quickly and it also was A VERY QUICK READ FOR ME!

Another great book as we learn more about Janie's condition. It is not for younger people as it contains sexual content

I enjoyed this book, though it was very drawn out at the beginning with Janie's investigation. I found that the end happened so quickly, I was surprised it had happened so fast. Then the last couple of chapters were focused on the main characters and them trying to get back to their normal lives. Still enjoyed this book, was a quick read, hoping the next one is just as good if not better.

Middle book in trilogy about a teen who experiences others dreams. I like the characters, and concept. the plot was a little simple. Overall I like it, but the writing style takes some getting used to, as it's more like reading a script. Very fast read.

I read a summary of what happened in Wake(the first book). But since I couldn't find Wake at my library, I jumped right into Fade. Fade was a good book. Even though the ending came too soon. I totally understand how Cabel felt because Janie's role in the case was too risky. I'm hoping I can read Gone soon. I might even read Wake too. Just to see how Cabel and Janie actually got together.

Fade picks up pretty much where Wake ends and you're instantly sucked into Janie and Cabel's world once again. I find it a bit hard to believe that they so quickly become narks at the school and that the boss cop spends so much time with them. The Janie/Cabel relationship became much more intense and realistic. I felt for Cabel, its hard to make a connection with the characters because of the writing but I found myself relating more to Cabel then Janie. I will probably end up reading Gone just to see how it turns out but I wont rush out and buy it.

"Here," he says, handing her a small box. "For you. For your birthday." Janie's lips part in surprise. She takes it. Feels really strange about opening it in front of him. She wets her lips as she examines the box and the ribbon that surrounds it. "Thank you," she says softly. "Um..." He clears his throat. "The gift, see, is actually inside the box. The box is like an extra bonus gift. It's how we do things here on Earth" - Cabe and Janie showing their personalities and how cute they are together
