El caballero de Alcántara
In 1568, Luis Marâia Monroy, a knight of the order of Alcâantara who had been a captive in Istanbul, is asked to resume his disguise as a convert to Islam to approach the Jewish leader Joseph Nasi on behalf of the Spanish king.
Luís María Monroy is a young nobleman who returns to Spain after being released from a long captivity in Istanbul, but when he arrives home, he finds a different reality that the one he left when he departed to war ten years earlier.
