An anti-war story that's too heavy handed and ends up falling flat. Skip this one.

Great movie! This is another one of those classy war movies where the story and import is more important than all the usual nasties! Peck is super!

Maybe this movie was good during the day of its production, but it is dated now. There are much better war movies now.
