Add a CommentI stumbled into Santogold/Santigold from Youtube and really liked her music. It's hard to find the right category to classify it under. It's pop-ish, electric-ish, reggae-ish with a steady, good beat. Her voice and style are different and at first there were a few songs that were a little grating to me, but I really loved Lights Out and I'm a Lady. Now I've grown to enjoy many other songs on this CD. Her newest CD Master of My Make-Believe really polishes her skills as an artist and is worth checking out, too.
Catchy and creative.
