Cartoon movie of J.R.R. Tolkien's classic prequel to Lord of the Rings trilogy. Film has feel of late 1970's in which was produced.Might be more popular with kids than adults especially hardcore fans of Tolkien's works.

Okay for kids to watch. Not scary. Too much music/singing for my liking but the kids seemed to like it.
