Amazing and easy vegetarian recipes that are perfect for midweek to fancier meals. The soups are varied and great for those cold fall and winter months. The cheesecake is amazing!
We've owned this for years, and while we've not plumbed the depths, trying each and every recipe, there has been a fair sampling. Our favs are the potato-cauliflower pie, and the spinach-ricotta pie. A good, solid cook book with many recipes that are week-night appropriate.
Hungarian Mushroom soup was amazing! We made it for Geoff and Jane.
