Add a CommentA very good book for boys. You begin to appreciate the hard work, determination, and pluck of the farmers. The book really uncovers all the work, fun, and excitement of living in the late 1800s as a Farmer Boy. Through winter and summer there's so much to do! The detail and the excitement make this book one of my favourites!
Great book, and great detail!!! Love the series!!!
good book!!!!!!!!!
The rigours of family farming life are detailed in this book about Laura’s future husband’s childhood. There is so much work but so much reward. It makes me want to have a stricter routine, although that resolve falls apart every evening I’m not finished something at bedtime and every morning I’m not quite ready to get up.
