I never even knew Stephen Crane's The Red Badge of Courage was made into a movie until I saw it in the library...so in this case, I thought "why not watch the movie since I read the story?"..and ok so I saw this movie and it is actually related to the story than most movies turn out.It is Very Detailed with the narration, and the actors were good, and for those that haven't read the book, at least watch the movie to help you get started. :)

The most amazing Civil war movie I have ever witnessed! The screenplay really earned it's title! Good acting- Audie Murphy at his best. I am definitely going to see more with that actor. Great battles. The movie is fantastic! Short, but excellent. Based on a breathtaking book. Made into a breathtaking movie. My heart is full to bursting after watching this- watching young boys turning to men after being witness to a bloody, hell-like scene. I am so proud! (Not like I have a right to be.) This show really makes you relive the past. Watch this amazing movie!
