The characters come from the legends of King Arthur but the story is strictly Hollywood. I found the plot very predictable and the violence was gruesome with blood splashing all over the place. Would not recommend this movie.

I like the king authors court and everyone in the movie. They need to make more movies like this for all of us to enjoy in the future.

Disappointing. Poor character development; kitschy macho dialogue; overlong; boring. Attempting to make an emaciated teenage Keira Knightley appear menacing with blue warpaint was laughable.

Interesting enough - totally different than what I expected. Doesn't focus on the King Arthur we know, but rather where the legend of King Arthur came from. Especially liked Keira Knightley's interpretation of Guinevere!
